Employee rights in relation to Work Injury 員工職災後的權利 Part I

員工在工作中可能會因為工作環境或是其他因素受傷,嚴重者可能會死亡。泰國政府規定,雇主應在下列情況補償員工

The employer must pay compensation in the following cases to the employee:


1. In case employee is exposed to danger or injury during work.

當員工在工作時暴露在危險中或受傷。

When an employee is injured or sick, the employer shall arrange appropriate medical treatment for employee immediately. In addition, the employer shall pay the actual medical expenses in accordance with the rules, procedures, conditions, and rates specified in 2017 No.2 Ministerial Regulations. Besides, the employer shall pay the medical fees without delay when is informed by the employee under section 13 of the Compensation Act.

當員工受傷或生病時,雇主應立即為員工安排適當的治療。雇主也應按照《2017年第2號部長條例》中的規定、程序、條件和費率支付實際的醫療費。此外,雇主應根據《泰國補償法》第13條規定,在員工通知醫療費後立即付款。
