近年來泰國投資促進委員會(BOI)一直致力於鼓勵外商投資泰國，推出各種各樣的優惠措施。目前的投資優惠政策給予辦法分為5種，分別為產業區分、技術區分、區域區分、價值區分及議程區分。

The Board of Investment - BOI Thailand classifies 5 types of incentives according to business activities for the investors who wish to invest in Thailand, which are Activity-based, Technology-based, Area-based, Merit-based, and Agenda-based.
